Returns:
At this time, we are not accepting returns. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, if you receive products that are damaged due to shipping or with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately via email at sevenfourteenwatches@gmail.com.
While our policy is firm, we will do our best to work with our customers to ensure they have a pleasant experience with Seven Fourteen.

Warranty:
All watches have a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Our company will fix or replace your watch free of charge in the event that this occurs. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty or service claims. Warranty does NOT cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, wear and tear, batteries or any damage caused by the buyer.
Shipping:
For U.S. orders, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Excluding pre-orders, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the original date of purchase.
Pre-Orders:
Estimated shipping dates are provided for pre-orders. We will do our best to ship products before or on the estimated shipping date. However, the actual shipping may differ due to production and shipping delays.
